Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Other countries: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package through our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
