Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at nelvetsupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nelvetsupply@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.
